Durability: Two night maximum, total 3 days
Time: Approximately 15 minutes
Supplies: bobby pins, smoothing cream or hair wax

This rope twist style is super easy and was more of an accident than anything. I wore it a few weeks ago and liked it very much. I found it to be quite versatile. To recreate the style side part hair at the front, leaving a section of hair out above the hair and create two separate twists in the front. Wind the twists into a pin curl and pin in place at the top of the head. Take the section of hair that was left out about the ear and twist, secure out of the way. On the other side of the front part section hair into two and then twist each section, secure out of the way.  At the back take two sections of hair behind the ear and pin to the side. Section the rest of the back into three and loosely twist each section and pin and arrange however you like and pin in place. Take the remaining sections behind each ear and twist. Cross each section towards the back and pin in place. Finally take the sections at front and pin towards the back tucking the ends into the larger twists. Cross the twists from the front on the short side of the part before securing into the back.

Follow the jump to see what this style looks like (not quite a total wreck) after two nights and two vigorous workouts later. The pictures are right after a workout and I took it down shortly after.

Until next time,
